Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your credit information verified, your order is shipped within 7 business days unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services such as FedEx. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from the post office.
We do ship to military installations such as APOs.
We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail unless you specify Overnight.
We DO NOT ship items to PO Boxes. We ship internationally upon request.
All address information must be verified.
Express Shipping Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day once the order is processed. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Holiday Shipping Enchant is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Express Shipping is not available from December 23- Jan 2.
Unavailable Stock If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Encant By Geminishi as an accepted sender.
return & exchange policy
We will provide an exchange or return within 30 days of the date that you receive your order on eligible hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Security seal must be intact.
All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk, therefore you can not make a return or exchange once the hair has been altered. Altering includes cutting, trimming, razoring, toning, dying, coloring, purple shampoo, color depositing products, perming, chemical straightening, henna, swimming in chlorine water & more. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
